	.	My name is Jean English (formerly Latham)and my main interest is Family History Research. I was born in Shrewsbury, Shropshire in 1921 and would be glad to contact anyone from that area, especially the villages of Bomereheath and Preston Gubbals. In 1927 I went to Hong Kong and lived there for 10 years. My schools were : The Garrison School and The D. G. S. in Kowloon.I returned to England in 1937 and lived in Salisbury,Old Town Swindon and Stratton St. Margaret and went to a commercial school run by Miss Marsh. During the war I was in the A.T.S. first at Bulford Camp and then as a Cipher Operator at the War Office, Whitehall, London. Any contacts from the war years would also be interesting. My parents Reg Latham and May Lonnon both came from Portsmouth naval families and if there are any cousins still about, I should be very happy to hear from them. Email me info@jeanenglish.co.uk
